  • Delivery time varies depending on the city and the shipping company. The store is not responsible for any delays after handing over the order to the delivery company.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unresponsiveness of the customer, additional redelivery charges may apply.

  • Due to the nature of food products, no returns or exchanges are allowed.

  • If there is an error in the order or damage caused during preparation, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos.
